June 3, 2013

"Tracking Phosphorus Fresh from the Farm"  published on May 26 in the Columbus Dispatch describes research that will be conducted over the next three years that will collect and test rainwater runoff from at least 30 fields across Ohio to measure how much phosphorus it contains.  The research is being conducted by a team of scientists at The Ohio State University and is funded by a grant from the United States Department of Agricutlure with matching support from farm groups, including the Ohio Soybean Council, the Ohio Corn & Wheat Growers Association and the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation.
