EEOB Spring Seminar Series

The EEOB Seminar Series welcomes John McCutcheon, from the University of Montana (http://mccutcheonlab.dbs.umt.edu/research.html), as the speaker on January 16, 2014 @ 1PM in Jennings 0001. His work has focused on the evolution of symbiotic relationships between beneficial bacterial and the insects they support using "-omics" tools and techniques.

The title of his talk will be "Sympatric speciation in an endosymbiont: the non-adaptive origins of a new bacterial lineage."
