The Alexander Hamilton Society presents 'The Effects of Fracking' with Timothy Kelsey, Professor of Agricultural Economics at Pennsylvania State University and Co-Director of the Center for Economic and Community Development; Joseph Campbell, Research Associate and Lecturer, OSU School of Environment and Natural Resources; and Michael Farren, PhD candidate, OSU Energy Economics, Policy Analysis, and Civil Engineering.
