Joe Mascaro, program manager for impact initiatives at Planet Labs, will speak about Everywhere, Everyday: Democratizing Information about our Changing Planet at 4 p.m. Thursday (10/8) in Room 0170, 209 W. 18th Ave. Planet Labs is a San Francisco-based aerospace company operating the largest fleet of Earth-imaging satellites that monitor large-scale vegetation changes, climate change adaptation, sea level rise, forest loss and gain, water and food scarcity, and humanitarian efforts such as disaster relief.
