Streamside Landowner Workshop 2.0

This workshop will be held at the Jefferson Township Fire Department training room, 6767 Havens Corners Rd., Blacklick, Ohio 43004 (614.861.3735) from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. After the indoor education portion, atttendees will visit a nearby stream for a field demonstration on how to plant and establish a streamside buffer. The demonstration includes: plant selection, identifying proper locations for plants, making a buffer attactive, maintaining a stream buffer, and creating habitat for wildlife.

This is a free workshop but registration is requested by calling 614.688.3412. A light meal will be served.
