How to nominate
- Who can nominate? Students, staff, or faculty; self‑nominations allowed where stated. If you supervise the nominee, disclose that relationship in the PDF.
- Where to submit? Upload a single PDF at go.osu.edu/SENRnom
- What to include (single PDF):
- A 1‑page nomination summary (≤ 600 words) (12‑pt Helvetica/Arial, 1‑inch margins). Figures/tables/links allowed; they don’t count toward the 600 words.
- Résumé/CV of the nominee (team: lead CV + 2–3‑line bios for others unless an award says otherwise).
- Award‑specific materials, if required (e.g., publication PDF for research awards).
- Signatures: digital/typed signatures are acceptable.
- Filename format: LastName_FirstName_AwardName.pdf (or TeamName_AwardName.pdf).
- Optional extras (artifacts/testimonials) can help, but reviewers weigh evidence quality, not page count.
