ENR 3200
This course covers topics such as the constitutional foundations of environmental policy, the role of congress and the executive branch in designing policy and bureaucratic agencies in implementing them, and the courts system as the final arbiter for environmental disputes. It also covers some of the foundational legislation in the U.S. to protect the environment and natural resources. Prereq: 2100 and 2300. Not open to students with credit for 4000. GE soc sci orgs and polities course.
