Focuses on demographic issues in rural settings and related environmental issues, with an emphasis on population change and migration in the context of conflicts, disaster, and resource based development. Prereq: 6-9 cr hrs taken in RurlSoc, Sociol, or related social science, or Grad standing. Not open to students with credit for 744.
