Dear Alumni and Friends,

Last week our college announced the appointment of Dr. Tim Haab as the new Interim Director of SENR. Dr. Haab will begin serving as Interim Director effective August 15. Tim has served in several leadership positions in the college, most recently as chair of the Department of Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics, and has the experience to provide a smooth transition for our faculty, staff, students and alumni as we embark on a new academic year.

The college also announced a national search for a new Director will be initiated soon. I expect there will be opportunities for you to engage in this process and I would encourage you to do so.

The school is poised for a bright future, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to lead and work alongside such a purposeful, creative and talented community for the last 15 years. Thank you for your many contributions to SENR and the well-being of the environment and human communities in Ohio and beyond.
