A multi-university team, headed by Prof. Bill Mitsch, is constructing experimental wetlands in dierent climates. These wetland mesocosms will investigate the capacity of wetlands to retain phosphorus and nitrogen from agricultural and urban runo before it pollutes downstream lakes and estuaries. You are invited to help plant one of these mesocosm compounds on Saturday, October 22 at Buckeye Lake, OH.
