Ohio Maple Days

Join us for our annual Ohio Maple Days event - A Day for Maple.  Topics covered in the morning include weather impacts, spotted lanternfly impacts on sap, labeling regulations, and tubing installation. 

The afternoon offers talks for both current and future producers.  Want to get started making syrup?  From tapping a few trees in the yard to a few trees in the woods the beginner track of talks are for you.  Been tapping for a while and want to improve the operation?  The talks in the advanced track are for you.  Feel free to travel between sessions.

Lunch will feature tasty maple themed food from the Ashland University Caterers and time to mingle with the vendors.  The Ohio Maple Producers Association will host a silent auction of maple themed items and the results of the maple tasting from Friday will be announced.

Have a hydrometer you want tested?  Bring it with you on Saturday.
