Starts Jan. 15 - International Student Experience Workshop for faculty and staff

The Office of International Affairs will host the International Student Experience Workshop Series for faculty and staff, a three-part sequence designed to educate participants about life as an international student and offer guidance on how to best work with this population. The workshops will include presentations by staff from offices on campus, as well as a panel of international students. Faculty and staff are encouraged to register for all three workshops, and those who complete the three-part series will receive a training certificate. Workshop I: Pre-Arrival, Check-In and Orientation

• Friday, January 18, 9 – 10:30 a.m.

Workshop II: Cultural Adjustment

• Monday, February 18, 1 – 2:30 p.m.
• Monday, February 25, 1 – 2:30 p.m.

Workshop III: Academics and Career Expectations

• Tuesday, March 19, 10 – 11:30 a.m
• Tuesday, March 26, 10 – 11:30 a.m.
