WestFest Science & Sustainability Festival

This is the eighth year for WestFest – Ohio State’s West Campus Science & Sustainability Festival. WestFest is a family-friendly, interactive event that is meant to engage multi-generational audiences in hands-on activities focused on STEM and sustainability. It is not a tabling event or promotional opportunity; each partner needs to have a kid appropriate activity for attendees. The WestFest team handles the logistics of the event and offers support to program partners that need some help developing their activity or to hone their science communication skills.

Who is eligible to be a WestFest partner? 

• Ohio State departments/colleges/centers/units
• Ohio State student organizations
• Community organizations

The WestFest team will host two virtual office hours open to anyone with questions about the event. Join us for as little or as long as you would like. These sessions are open to anyone who is interested in being a WestFest 2024 program partner.
