With Continue the Flight! our hope is to further engage, connect and inspire others to learn more about the conservation of monarch habitat and ways to get involved!
This video features an engaging dialogue between five Monarch Butterfly conservation experts. Topics include pesticide applications, maintaining pollinator habitat in Ohio landscapes using native plantings, including oaks and other woody keystone plants, the state of the Western Monarch Butterfly population, and ways to change human cultures to advocate for living with native species. These conservation leaders also share where they are deriving hope as they continue the effort to restore the monarch. This Q&A occurred during the April 21, 2021 EPN Take Flight! program and is facilitated by Joe Campbell, EPN Director.
