The Agriculture Food and Human Values Society (AFHVS) presented four awards for excellence to members at their annual meeting in Boston, MA on June 3, 2023. The team of Dr. Shoshanah Inwood of The Ohio State University, Dr. Florence Becot of the National Farm Medicine Center at the Marshfield Clinic Research Institute and Dr. Andrea Rissing of Arizona State University received the AFHVS Excellence in Scholarship Award.  Read more >>

The Graduate Associate Leadership Award (GALA) is Ohio State’s recognition of the exceptional leadership provided by graduate students as leaders (on and off campus) while being an OSU graduate (master’s or doctoral) student.

A ceremony to celebrate the GALA leaders was held on April 26, 2023 at the Ohio Union Performance Hall.
