ESN Executive Director and SENR Professor To Testify Before House Subcommittee on Water and Environment

Environmental Sciences Network Executive Director and Office of Energy and Environment Associate Director of Academics Richard Moore has been invited to present testimony before the U.S. House of Representatives' Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment at a March 25 hearing titled, "The Role of Trading in Achieving Water Quality Objectives."
 
Moore has been involved in both developing and studying grassroots water quality trading systems for over a decade, starting with the Ohio-based Alpine Cheese Nutrient Trading Plan in the Sugar Creek Watershed. He was invited to testify by subcommittee chairman Rep. Bob Gibbs of Ohio.
