Faculty Member to Discuss Air Quality at Sustainability Summit

Kerry Ard is one of the speakers at this week's Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) 2018 Summit on Sustainability on Thursday, October 25. The Summit is MORPC’s signature environmental conference, bringing hundreds of community leaders together to explore and share sustainable solutions.

Ard is an assistant professor of evironmental and natural resource sociology in the School of Environment and Natural Resources (SENR) at The Ohio State University.

The Summit theme, “Planning for an Equitable Region,” focuses on sharing best practices that can be applied by local government, businesses, and residents to improve the built environment in which we live. Dr. Ard is a speaker in the Air Quality: Equity, Impacts and Community Solutions breakout session starting at 2:15 p.m. Learn more about the Summit here.
