SENR’s Marne Titchenell, wildlife program specialist with OSU Extension spends one week at camp every June exposing youth to the science, beauty and opportunity within Ohio’s natural resources. Titchenell co-directs the annual Ohio Forestry and Wildlife Conservation Camp with Jeremy Scherf, a service forester with the Ohio Division of Forestry, and Ryan Waid, Cambridge, Ohio-based procurement forester with Glatfelter paper company. The camp first started in 1950 and is sponsored by the Ohio Forestry Association.
