The Student Systems Assistant for SENR will assist with hardware and software support for the department’s pc’s and macs along with providing classroom onsite support within Kottman Hall.  Will help with website and communication projects.  Troubleshoots active video conferences and events.  Assists with inventory control and tracks incoming and outgoing equipment.  Performs set up on pc’s and macs.  Troubleshoots hardware and software issues along with printers and copiers.
Must have a background in computers and a willingness to learn and expand their technical knowledge.  Experience with pc’s in an OSU settings and familiarity with A/V equipment.  Good communication and customer service skills are crucial. Must possess excellent organizational skills and be adept using all MS Office applications.  SENR specific software such as ArcGIS, SPSS, QGIS, etc. experience a plus.
