Internship Opportunities

Why apply for internships?

Internships are a great way to apply classroom knowledge to a professional work environment. They're also a great way to decide if the career path you've chosen is right for you. Through an internship, you will get to see the daily workings of a day in your career field. There are many benefits to an internship, including networking within the company, and earning academic credit!

How to apply for an internship:

Applying for an internship is like applying for a job.  You should have a cover letter and resume prepared.  Our Career Services office is available to review and assist you with your internship application.  Please contact us to schedule an appoinment.

Where should I begin to look for internships?

1. Check your OSU email.  When our Career Services receives a job posting looking for students to apply for positions quickly, we will send it out via your OSU email.
2. As a student in the School of Environment and Natural Resources, be sure you are a registered user for our HireaBuckeye system.
3. Like us on Facebook.  We post a lot of job opportunities on our Facebook page.
