This position is funded through the Ohio Biodiversity Conservation Partnership between OSU and the Ohio Division of Wildlife. Previous Positions Program Manager, Amphibian & Reptile Conservation, Department of Evolution, Ecology, and Organismal Biology, The Ohio State University. October 2014 through June 2023. Instructor, Field Herpetology (EEOB 5910). Stone Laboratories. Each May, 2016 through present. Department of Herpetology, Toledo Zoo. September 1995 through September 2001. Principal Responsibilities Provides technical assistance and guidance to government agencies, conservation organizations, and other partners to further herp conservation in the state. Develops and implements conservation plans for listed species, including the Eastern Hellbender and Eastern Massasauga. Affiliations Partners in Amphibian & Reptile Conservation (PARC). Midwest Co-Chair (2006-2009) and Advisory Board (2009-2021). Ohio founder and Co-Chair (2017-2019) and Advisory Board (2019-Present). Recipient of PARC’s Alison Haskell Award for Excellence in Herpetofaunal Conservation (2017) Natural Resources Assistance Council, District 12, Clean Ohio Greenspace Conservation Committee (2003-2016).
