    SENR faculty member, Dr. Linda Lobao will conduct a webinar sponsored by the North Central Regional Center for Rural Development on Thursday April 11, 2013, 3:00pm EST with OSU research collaborators Dr. Mark Partridge and Michael Betz, both affiliated with Ohio State's Department of Agricultural, Environmental and Development Economics and Dr. Richard Goe, Kansas State University.  The webinar, Poverty & Other Socioeconomic Distress in the North Central Region: Assessing Trends will address the new geography of poverty that has emerged in the last decade, specifically following the Great Recession from 2007-2009.
