  1. Poster Awarded First Place at Undergraduate Research Forum

    Out of 62 posters in the agriculture/environmental science category, SENR undergraduate researcher Samantha Stoklosa's poster, "Brood Parasitism on Northern Cardinals: Relationship between Distance to Edge on Early Clutch Initiation" was awarded first place at this year's annual Denman Undergraduate Research Forum on March 28th. Samantha is advised by Dr. Amanda Rodewald. Rebecca Kimmelfield, an SENR undergraduate researcher majoring in Environmental Science was awarded 3rd place in the biological sciences category for her poster, "Identifying the Pathways to Oil Synthesis in Maize Embryos."  Rebecca is advised by Dr. Ana Alonso.  The Denman Forum is an opportunity to showcase outstanding student research at The Ohio State University and is a cooperative effort between Ohio State's Undergraduate Research Office, the University Honors & Scholars Center, and the Office of Research.
