More than 60 volunteers helped to clean up the Olentangy River on Saturday, April 22 at The Wilma H. Schiermeier Olentangy River Wetland Research Park on the campus of The Ohio State University. Volunteers included students in the School of Environment and Natural Resources, Honda R&D, a local Girl Scout Troop, Donatos employees, and members of the community. The volunteers cleared litter that accumulated throughout the winter along the Olentangy River between Clinton Park and the Dodridge Street Bridge.
Thank you to Green Columbus for coordinating the service site locations for Earth Day 2017.
